Branch Practice, NZL ????,

2024 January, For Sale Davidson 40 (12m) Length: 12 Metres (39.35 Feet) Year: 1989 Boat Location: Hibiscus Coast, Auckland, NZ, 42000 Dollars, Originally designed by the late Laurie Davidson as an Admirals Cup contender in the late 80s, she is still faster than many new yachts on the market today. Branch Practice now spends her time as a family cruiser in our ownership and has served us well. while very capable in every sense, with her extensive sail wardrobe she would probably be best suited to someone keen to go rum racing or some spirited day or weekend sailing around the Hauraki Gulf and beyond. Recently undergone a bottom sand and re antifoul, new batteries, solar power, fresh non-skid, and brand new running rigging, and a crack test of the rod rigging she is now ready to go and enjoy. New 3.5m tender if required. The Opahi bay mooring is available to negotiate for interested parties. Price drop due to change in circumstances. This is a load of boat for the money.
