August, For sale, Starchick is a fine example of the Starlight half ton yacht built in 1978 by Blue Water Yachts, Jersey. She was subject to a major overhaul in spring 2015 including having her hull sanded back (to the epoxy finish applied by the previous owner) epoxy primed, faired and five coats of Blakes hard antifoul (sanded in between) and a final coat of Nautix A4 Teflon antifoul applied. A complete rewire, electronics, standing and running rigging, deck fittings overhauled and replaced where required and a new Jabsco toilet fitted. She is surveyed and well presented. She is a standard production boat with 1.67m cast iron keel and had a Nanni twin 10hp diesel engine fitted in 2005 She has a good selection of Banks Race sails 2005-13 and has been raced very successfully on the Yorkshire East Coast.
