Chris Furey: "I remember Bob Fell at Hobsons Bay YC troweling micro balloons all over her underwater surfaces when she arrived from NZ. Sailed on her with Bob & Gary in a JOG series in early 1982. I think she arrived in ‘77 but she didn’t do a Hobart that year."

2016 December, For Sale, Vitamin C is Farr designed Half Tonner that has competitively raced on Melbournes Port Phillip Bay most of her life.  Originally built to tackle the rough waters of Bass Straight in the Ocean Racing series, Vitamin C had many successes in these events. In more recent years the yacht has been club raced 'around the sticks' providing her owner and crew with much enjoyment!  A Fast Fun club racer, the hard work is done with rigging replaced in 2010, and a full engine rebuild in 2011. The sails are in good condition and a new bow roller makes Vitamin C ideal for those on a mooring.  Ideally suited to those looking for a fun entry level keelboat, picture yourself on board for endless Summer fun! Whether it's weekday twilight racing or weekend adventures.  Located in St Kilda, AU $15,000
