2022 For Sale East Coast 31's don't come any better than this one. A stunning 1975 example of the popular Peter Cole designed racer/cruiser. They are very popular family yachts or club racers with a generous interior layout accommodating up to 6. A very well maintained 2005 model Bukh 24hp shaft drive diesel is in excellent condition and was serviced last February 2019 at around 400 hours. Antifouled and prop speed maintenance was done in 2019 also. The topsides have been recently painted and shine like a new mirror. The standing rigging has all been replaced in 2017, receipts available. Sails are almost new at 2017 and 2018. Barlow self-tailing stainless steel winches, lazy jacks and boom bag make single handed sailing a breeze. 2023 noted Sold
